What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Chocolate Bouquet Canada, charges a flat rate fee of CAD 14.000 for deliveries through the GTA region.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Payments accepted online are all the major credit cards, through Paypal.
How long will delivery take?
Deliveries are made not less than 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
What time will my Chocolate Bouquet arrive?
Deliveries will arrive at business addresses by 5.00pm and residential addresses by 7.00pm Monday to Friday. Please call 1 647 889 5531 to enquire about your gift.

What if my recipient is not at home?
We highly recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery. If no-one is home, Chocolate Bouquet standard procedure is to leave the gifts safely at the premises. Exceptions to this rule are alcohol products which cannot be left without a signature, premises where our courier deems that it is not safe to leave the gift unattended, or if you specifically request for the gift not to be left at the premises. In these instances the gift will returned to our store and we will be in contact to arrange a second delivery. These instances will result in an additional redirection/redelivery charge, which can be up to 2 times the initial delivery charge. Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will recieve an invoice online as soon as you place your order
Can I change my mind after placing an order?
If you contact us before your gift has been dispatched from our store, we can amend or cancel your order for an administration charge of CAD 10.00. After the order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please note that during peak gifting periods such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day, once your gift has been boxed and booked in with our courier for pick up, we are not able to intercept your parcel for changes due to the high volume of gifts in dispatch at this time.
What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?
Ensuring that the full and correct street address is provided for delivery is your responsibility, including any business names and hospital wards where applicable. If your gift is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect/redeliver the gift and may also cause delay in delivery.
How will my Chocolate Bouquet come presented?
Your Chocolate Bouquet will come packed with cellophane.
